Build Your Own Wooden Canoe or Kayak
Wood Canoe/Boat Repair - $350
A Clinic on the repair of wood and canvas canoes and boats is scheduled.
This clinic is designed to orient folks toward knowing how to repair one
of these craft, with emphasis on accomplishing some of the repair needed
for the boats that students bring.
Bring a helper for an additional $75. The following week will be available
to those who wish to stay on to complete repairs as a Private Session
(see paragraph below).
Repair Clinic: June 3-5, 2011
$350 (plus materials)
A $50 deposit is required to hold a spot in the class. Class size is limited to 5 boats. Private sessions are on a sliding scale of $200 per day for one person/one boat, $175 for two people/two boats, $150 for three or more persons/boats. There is a $25/day extra charge for helpers.

Private Sessions - $200/Day Plus Materials
I will schedule one-on-one classes for individuals to build their own
boat. Any of our stock models can be built with my instruction and full
use of our shop. Custom boats of other designs can also be built. This
option allows you to select your own convenient time to build your very
own boat. I will not build your boat for you though I will be available
to explain and demonstrate the required steps and offer any assistance
you need. You may bring a helper if you wish for a slight additional fee.
Cost for these classes is $200 per day ($225 with a helper) plus
materials ($1050 to $1550) depending on canoe model. Groups building
two and three canoes can be accomodated for a reduced daily fee. For prices

video prior to attending a canoe-building private session. One half
the price of the video will be refunded to those attending a private session.
